What you'll get from the programme
Over six weeks, you'll work through a structured programme that takes you from "I think this could be something" to a clear, evidence-based decision on your best path to market. Each week combines a hands-on workshop, practical exercises and assignments that build toward a complete business model for your research.
By the end of the programme, you'll have:
A validated understanding of your research's commercial value
Real feedback from potential customers and end-users
A working knowledge of intellectual property strategy
A completed business model
A clear rationale for your chosen commercialisation pathway, whether that's licensing, partnering, spinning out, publishing or deciding to stop
